Our immune systems are one of the most important and intricate systems in our body. Unfortunately, we often take them for granted when things are running smoothly. This time of year is a wonderful time to talk about immune system health, and how to prepare our bodies for the upcoming cold and flu season.
In this class we will discuss some of my favorite herbs to support and nourish the immune system for the upcoming winter months. We will sample several herbs, and individuals will get to take home a handout including recipes.
